- Bump laravel/framework ^11 → ^13 - Bump orchestra/testbench ^9 → ^11 - Bump pestphp/pest-plugin-laravel ^4.0 → ^4.1 (Laravel 13 support) - Add seatplus/esi-schema VCS repo, set minimum-stability: dev - Run Pint formatting across 111 files 10 pre-existing test failures (RetrieveEsiData + BatchStatistic + MigrateDb) all exist on parent branch feat/esi-rate-limit-overhaul — not caused by this upgrade.
